Alistair comes across as a likeable, genuine and pleasant man. He is professional & always kept me informed about the property I was buying & ensured that everything was compliant (such as having a pool fence & making sure toilet was working). My only complaint is that he didn't add a 'sold' sticker to the sign & the sign is still up when I asked for it to be taken down a month ago (not a big deal but just annoying).

James has excellent knowledge of the Unley market, and was able to give us a clear and accurate estimate of the market value of our property. He did his homework, and presented us with a strong campaign; and he followed through on his commitments. The online and newspaper advertising was high quality; and the opens and private inspections were arranged professionally - and flexibly to meet buyer demand. The campaign to sell our property presented various challenges, which James met at every point along the way. He communicated frequently with us, and was friendly and open, presenting us with the various options. Most importantly, James successfully negotiated a deal. His after sales service was also excellent, which is a telling point: he helped us in important ways after settlement was completed.
