We interviewed a few realestate agents for the sale of our home. Julia Stood out with her realestate passion, community spirit and knowledge. She did not disappoint. Being a buyer or seller, I feel, you are in great hands. Julie had the contacts for the whole process and coordinated the sale and home viewings in a very professional manner. Each offer was presented to us with knowledge of the financial status backing the offer allowing us to accept with confidence. We were able to settle from acceptance to handover in 3 weeks! Would highly recommend Julie Vincent. Thank you Julie.

Kept in good contact, final inspection with the seller is a great idea to know more about the house. Felt welcomed into the neighbourhood and introduced to the neighbours is another great idea
