I loved Pauline! down to earth but at the same time was very serious about her job and was straight into business mode really fast and takes her role very seriously. I felt taken care of the same way her other properties/owners are, which are often valued at more than 2X what mine was. Also extremely professional does her due diligence on the buyer's pre-approval/finance and notifies of all offers and with ensuring a seller is professional too. Easy to chat with and contact via text which was great, regular updates were provided throughout the entire process. Loved the website/app given so you can see the multiple offers coming and the details, Pauline and Jade would write in there whenever offers were either coming, about to come or had just come and with the finer details of what % was borrowed etc - which i really loved. I feel she worked really hard to ensure the best offer was put forward by allowing everyone a second chance to increase. I understood she was putting a lot of work in behind the scenes too, such as helping me to check what AC i had prior to opening and following up on 50+ people who attended the home open. Jade, her assistant was really lovely too and would send regular email updates and was always kind and helpful in emails. I understand she too was doing lots of work behind scenes regarding the sale. I also liked how they allow you to see your advert before going to market in case you may want to add something. That's a nice thing to do, also love how they do a birds eye view picture in the marketing to showcase how close it is to shops, and beaches and i loved the oversized for sale signs. Would go with again and will go with again. Thank you so much.
