Julie was the epitome of a professional from the get-go. While personable yet knowledgeable and realistic, Julie was an absolute pleasure to have as my agent during my selling journey. I asked for references before choosing her, and she gladly supplied several, all of which were glowing and couldn't speak highly enough for her. I'm happy to say I'm adding myself to that list! Julie kept me updated every step of the way, which kept my stress levels low during the waiting period for the other couples finance approval process (esp given we had found a new home we placed an offer on a few weeks after I accepted the offer on my home). Having her years of experience and intimate knowledge of people in the industry also helped knowing we were in the best hands possible. Above everything else, Julie is a straight shooter, which I appreciated no end (being the same myself), she won't placate you and tell you things you want to hear, she'll be open and ensure expectations are realistically set (again from years of experience and extensive knowledge of the area) as she really does know best. I was more than happy at the price Julie secured for my house (I had a minimum in mind from the start given I'd been following my local market closely for sometime) and Julie ensured she listened and made sure that any interested parties were aware of that too.
