Michelle provided great assistance throughout the whole purchasing process which took a couple of months to find the right property. Once the property was discovered her communication was first class during the negotiation period which did take some time to finalise however Michelle and her team made the whole experience relatively easy. A big thank you to Michelle and the team and we highly recommended them to anyone who is unsure of which agent to discuss their business with.

In a difficult market, Michelle was always enthusiastic and positive. She works harder than any agent I have ever come across, and nothing was ever too much trouble. She also was very professional, and kept us informed at all stages. She added a very personal and caring touch, which was genuine, in a difficult time selling my mothers unit. I will always appreciate that, and be very grateful. All the members of Percival property that I came across, were friendly and approachable, and seem to work well together. Its a great team, and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them!

Michelle is amazing. We bought our next home through Percival, and now Michelle is also selling a property for us. Michelle is friendly, professional, approachable, and trustworthy. We will always go through Percival with property matters. I trust Michelle with my home.

We were more than happy with Michelle"s professionalism in presenting property, as well as being very prepared with inspection reports, and other documents relating to the property. Also very prompt with response to offer, And straight to the point. As this is only the 2nd property we have purchased Michelle was also helpful in guiding us through the whole process as previously I had had a broker deal with purchase, We found Michelle's support very comforting. Michelle and Jenny went out of their way and personally attended the house on a few occasion allowing trades to gain access for quotes after sale of the property, and it was never an issue. We look forward to dealing with Michelle in the future.

A big thanks to Jenny for recommending the property as a 'walk in', she dropped everything to show us the property. We were then contacted by Michelle and asked our level of interest. She negotiated on our behalf and got us the property! She then worked diligently with great enthusiasm and knowledge to help us get into a new unit within a tight deadline. Thanks!!
