We were originally looking at a different property and after telling Michelle of our wants/needs in a new house she organised a quick inspection of a house coming on the market. Needless to say that the house fulfilled just about all of our requirements and after some minor negotiations a deal was struck and we will soon be making this home our own. Michelle was always friendly and very professional in all dealings with us and was always there and available to answer all our annoying questions. Well done Michelle,a pleasure doing business with you.

Michelle from Percival Real Estate conducted herself in a very welcoming and professional manner. Michelle was very thorough and used an evidence based approach which focused on current sales rather than just listing and hoping for results. Michelle had a plan to sell my property and followed through in a very prompt manner. Thank you Michelle and thank you to your sales and marketing team.

WE just bought our very first house off Michelle at Percival Properties. Michelle had a kind and genuine approach in us as buyers. Her innate knowledge of the area and of our house was commendable. The sale was simple and easy and when Michelle said she would call, she did! We are so very happy with our new house. If we ever sold again, it would be through Michelle.

It was plain and smoothe sailing with my very pleasant and accommodating agent, Michelle Percival of the Percival Property Agency in Port Macquarie, NSW. Michelle’s efficient and sympathetic service was in sharp contrast to other local agents encountered recently. I would recommend her without hesitation.
