The whole sale process from the first meeting through to the sale was a easy experience. Michelle spent a couple of hours with us explaining the the sale process, the options available, what would happen and when. She phoned each week giving a detailed update on what had happened with interest in the property. She and her team put in a huge amount of work marketing the property to buyers which resulted in multiple people registering as bidders at the auction. Michael’s skill in running the auction was very evident as he kept the bidders entertained and bidding which ended in a sale price we quite happy with.
