During my recent dealing with them, I was given great advice and suggestions on interior and exterior presentation for my property. The times and days arranged for open houses were optimal for allowing me the time to get any finishing touches I needed done. The advertising that was done by Percival was excellent in both quantity and quality. The photos were expertly done and the videos were informative. Michelle and the staff members that I interacted with were highly professional and extremely polite. When I needed to get Trades People to do some minor repairs, Percival were great at recommending good, reliable people for the job. In conclusion it was an absolute pleasure to deal with Michelle and the members of Percival and I would highly recommend them. Selling a house is never an easy task but the expertise that Michelle provided to me was invaluable and got my property sold in a quicker time frame than I had hoped for.
