Michelle is likely to be the hardest working agent anyone could have and for us she managed to skilfully negotiate the sale of our much loved home in a changing market. I have sold a couple of properties through Michelle, however this was the first time I purchased through her. What I loved about buying through Michelle was she had copies of the Pest and Building report available at first inspection on the Saturday which meant I could make a very quick decision on the purchase. Michelle negotiated the deal on the Sunday, and worked with me on the Monday to ensure all my queries were resolved. This enabled me to proceed with paperwork on the Tuesday with the exchange taking place on the Thursday. Michelle was supportive throughout the process and made the buying experience timely, enjoyable and seamless.
