Plain and simple - Alex get's the job done! We didn't initially work with PPDRE due to wanting a 'nicer' experience - however we didn't get a result through our initially agent - and while not sure exactly why, the lack of real feedback & productivity became extremely frustrating - and made us recognise that we were paying an agent to sell the house, not be nice to us. It was an easy decision to move to PPDRE when the time came to end our relationship with the previous agent.
