Jason orchestrated the marketing of our house and we realised the sale before auction. We are very happy with the way in which Jason dealt with the issues of our house. He (and his team) simplified the difficulties in a professional and friendly way and I can certainly recommend Jason's sales services. My experience concerning any after-service by Jason and his team (between the post-exchange and settlement stages) was less impressive as communication became more difficult or absent.

Plain and simple - Alex get's the job done! We didn't initially work with PPDRE due to wanting a 'nicer' experience - however we didn't get a result through our initially agent - and while not sure exactly why, the lack of real feedback & productivity became extremely frustrating - and made us recognise that we were paying an agent to sell the house, not be nice to us. It was an easy decision to move to PPDRE when the time came to end our relationship with the previous agent. Alex, Pru, Gavin & team were always extremely easy to deal with, talk to & went out of their way to ensure we had a good experience with them. Most importantly it was a no bullsh!t, get the job done attitude which really won us over - and in the end it was also this which got us a great result in selling our house. We couldn't be happier.
