Carla’s Market Knowledge and Understanding of Our Needs Was Second to None
As an Australian purchaser but buying from overseas, Carla's knowledge of the market, her ability to understand exactly what we were looking for and make that a reality was second to none. Carla was our first point of contact in EPlace when planning to sell my Unit. Carla was very knowledgeable of the area and the market. Honest, yet realistic about what we could expect. Once engaged, she and her team immediately lined up parties they knew were interested in the area and Units in our price range. This was before the marketing was implemented. After only 5 or 6 weeks Carla and her team negotiated on offer beyond expectations. Professional and personable. Highly recommended.

Got the job done!
Brenton's many years of selling experience paid off with the sale here. Following up on all possible leads and going the extra mile, including persevering with problematic tyre kickers just to try to get the sale over the line. An unusual property to market for sure, but the result came thru with Brentons tenacity.
