Our experience selling with Dion was exceptional start to finish. I picked him because I liked the way he dealt with me as a prospective buyer on a nearby property. I followed Dion’s recommendation for preparing and marketing our property, and the results speak for themselves. We had our first open on the Saturday, the following Wednesday we had 9 written offers, 3 of them being higher than we expected even in a good market.
