Shannon was patient and committed to achieve our sale target. She was cooperative throughout the process and admirably managed the viewings. The property remained tenanted throughout the period. Her advice was always sound. I met Shannon through a referral and I would readily recommend her to others to manage their real estate sale/purchase in the Bulimba area. I will use her services again. Thanks Shannon.

Rachel is a five-star agent! Highly recommend Rachel to anyone wanting to sell their home. Rachel will always give you 120%. She treats you like you are her only client (even though you know that she has many others!). She will work tirelessly to achieve the best price outcome in selling your home. Rachel’s key points of difference, though, are that she cares and listens and acts upon your needs. Her communication and positive approach are second to none. And, most importantly she always acts with integrity. Our circumstance was selling our family home that had been with us for seven decades. We are so pleased that we chose Rachel for the sale process and the ultimate outcome we achieved from both a price and process perspective. So, no matter what your reason is for selling, you will be so happy that you chose Rachel.

We bought our new home through Paula and Mikaela at Place. Buying a home is super stressful - especially in this market - but Paula was very straight forward. Transparent and direct to deal with, no pressure tactics, just a simple process and - from our point of view - a great outcome.

Being a local resident in the area I had become aware of Meagan and her tremendous reputation in the real estate profession. When it came time to look and consider selling my property at Cannon Hill I had no hesitation getting in touch with Meagan. Right from the start this was the most stress free and enjoyable journey I have experienced (I have sold 2 properties previously). She was always honest, beyond approach, and had a buyer for my property, and achieved more than my expectations. I would not hesitate in recommending Meagan Muir to any potential seller as you will go with her on a most enjoyable journey, hassle and stress free. Her extensive knowledge of the market and potential buyers is second to none. I would not hesitate in recommending Meagan as your agent when looking to sell. Thanks Megan for all your attention and making this a pleasant and enjoyable sale of my home.

I had a unique property not local to Chris's office - however I sought out Place especially to sell my property and Chris and his team (Taj) were exceptional. Communication was excellent, including after hours and weekends - Chris was as determined as I was to see this sale to the end, despite a low price bracket. His demeanor was always calm, with a level head on his shoulders - never telling me what I sometimes wanted to hear - but rather the truth at all times. I really appreciate and recommend Chris and his team at Place.
