Paula and Mikaela were a great team who did a fantastic job in assisting me to sell my property. It happened much quicker than I had anticipated and it all went like clockwork. They did all the heavy lifting and made it seem much easier than I'm guessing it actually was! I highly recommend them.

Meagan has been an absolute pleasure to work with. We initially liked her because she is so friendly and personable. We chose her to sell our property because she seemed genuinely passionate about real estate and extremely hard-working. And she certainly lived up to these initial impressions through the whole process of selling our property, proving herself to be a reliable, knowledgeable and committed agent, who was never too busy to answer our questions. We would have no hesitation in recommending Meagan and would definitely engage her for any property sales in the future.

Carla worked extremely hard to sell our property getting us the highest price available via auction within 2 weeks of signing up. Place Bulimba and Carla also assisted in helping us secure a new home to live. Carla understood our personal situation and was very thoughtful and caring to make sure we felt looked after. I highly recommend anyone to trust Carla and Place Bulimba to look after you.

Meagan's enthusiastic, energetic and reassuring nature had us in no doubt that we had made the right decision in regards to the best agent to sell our property. Especially considering our hesitancy in whether or not selling was the right decision at the time. She came highly recommended from a previous client who I knew well, and she lived up to all expectations. She was open, honest and always available to answer any questions throughout the whole process. With Meagan’s professionalism and guidance we were able to achieve a fantastic result and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell!

We decided to engage Dion as we had witnessed first hand his professionalism, market knowledge and more importantly understanding of interested buyers financial capacity to support a successful sale. Not only were we supported by Dion through the process, we met with the principal agents at Place Bulimba who were familiar with our property and our expectations and assured us they were there to achieve the best outcome possible. Dion supported our decisions throughout the process and provided valuable advice. We genuinely believe he was hungry to achieve the best outcome for us...unfortunately for him this meant he worked overtime and even went the extra mile on occasions to ensure the house was well presented! We would gladly work with Dion again.

Brenton’s knowledge of the property and market was fantastic and his simplistic approach of explaining things made the process of buying much less stressful.
