I recently sold my house with Megan at Place Bulimba. She was fantastic from start to finish organising all aspects of the sale process from preparation through to final settlement. She made a daunting task painless and I'd happily recommend her to anybody looking to achieve the best price for their property with the least stress.

Prior to Meagan, our property was listed with 3 other agencies for 15 months without a single offer! We then decided to find the agent that sold the most properties in the area (regardless of the cost), we found and met with Meagan through this website. Meagan was polite, very knowledgeable of the area and surprisingly well priced, and most importantly to us, Meagan was not the stereotype Real estate agent heavy on sales tactics and self serving. We believe the best thing we could gift our future buyer was an easy and trustworthy process that only Meagan and her talented team could provide. Don't waste your time and money as we did just start with Meagan. Trust us!

We were introduced to Chris by my daughter and son in law. Chris had sold their unit at an important time in their life and when other agents had failed. It was a very modest sale in terms of his sale achievements but he treated my family like it was a million dollar property and they were very important clients and people. When we wanted to sell our house, we just called him and guess what...….he repeated the effort, displayed the same values, care attention and expertise and executed a pre auction sale for us that left buyer and seller very happy....if you are selling keep it simple....HIRE CHRIS RICE !!!!! Call Chris for my number if you want to hear this from me directly. Oh....Taj Suffolk is his off sider and Taj did a great job as well.
