Joanna was incredibly professional, hard working and results driven during the sale of our home. Not only is Joanna well connected and highly experienced, our sale was stress-free because she was across every detail. Very grateful to have worked closely with Joanna and we absolutely will be working with her again.

Meagan recently sold our house. She was very professional and always available to take our calls. She kept us in the loop throughout the whole process and we would certainly work with her again.

I first met Cathy in one of her open homes and was very impressed by the level of knowledge which Cathy displayed through meaningful conversation on the property and the local area. It is Cathy's confidence and down to earth attitude that has made it an easy decision in seeking Cathy as my agent for three successful home sales to date. Cathy is reliable and honest and i would struggle to find another agent who truly meets the same attributes. If Cathy is not your agent, you have settled for second best!

Having Phil sell our first ever home was a breeze. Phil and his team took care of everything and left no stone unturned. He is very personable and is an excellent communicator. I would unreservedly recommend Phil.

Joanna was an absolute pleasure to work with in the sale of our home. She is honest, hard working, professional, personable and has profound market knowledge. Joanna worked hard to ensure we achieved the best outcome for our sale. She had our best interests at heart throughout the process. We wouldn’t use anyone else! Thank you Joanna and team.

We met Joanna at one of our first open house events in Camp Hill and we were immediately stuck by her professionalism, preparedness and honesty. The Brisbane real estate market can be rather rough and cynical and we were thrilled to discover someone who brought great knowledge and abject kindness to the process. After some months of house shopping, we received a message from Joanna telling us that she had found a home “perfect for us.” To our surprise and delight, she was right. And because the real estate process is cyclical, when the time comes to sell this home and purchase the next, we have already decided who our agent will be: Joanna is the friend we wanted in the market.

Shane was easy to work and build rapport with. Shane and his team communicate consistently and effectively, keeping the vendor informed of changes and updates. This is refreshing given that this simple yet critical aspect of the job is not always done well in the industry. Shane has a good balance between providing advice based on his market knowledge and experience with that of listening to the vendor and taking in their perspectives. Shane delivered the result, where others have failed before him. He stands as the king of the castle. Thank you Shane

This is the second time Chris has helped sell a house for us and again he was outstanding. There are so many factors to the way Chris does his job that makes him excellent at what he does, he is knowledgeable, professional, diligent, honest and hard working. He was able to offer practical suggestions and solutions that meant we could sell our house for a better price. But above all that, he is a great person who is easy to deal with and he made selling our house a very pleasant experience.

Brenton was an exceptional character to deal with on the purchase of my first home. I had no idea what to expect, but Brenton was extremely helpful, professional, and down to earth with a wicked sense of humour, and would always answer my questions within a couple of hours (no matter what time of the day) if he didn't already know the answer. I would also like to acknowledge Morgan who was Brenton's assistant who was equally professional and lovely, and full of very helpful advice. I would like to thank them both so much, for putting me at ease whilst going through the motions of purchasing my first property, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who was looking at buying a home.

I Matthew was the agent we bought our new house through. Despite being overseas at the time Matthew continued to negotiate with the owner on our behalf. On the sale of our own property we could not go passed Matthew. His tenacity and customer service reminds me of a previous era when agents actually followed up all their leads, kept the owners in the loop and did not immediately suggest dropping the price to solve a slow market. In the end Matthew achieved a sale for us well above other agents’ market value even though the whole process took a number of months. I would recommend Matthew to anyone.

Shannon & her team helped to make our purchase experience very simple. Communication was frequent & transparent which was very much appreciated - especially as we were away overseas immediately after the contract had been signed. Having had several dealings with pushy & “game playing” agents, we were very appreciative of the wonderful service provided by Shannon & her team.
