I found dealing with Mathew was a pleasure right from the beginning. Nothing was too much trouble and he went out of his way to facilitate a great sale price for my Penthouse in Bulimba. He has a wealth of knowlede of the area and is quite possibly the most experienced salesman I have ever met. His approach to the entire sales process is second to none and I would definitely reccomend his services to anyone looking to buy or sell.

I engaged Darcy and his team from Place Bulimba to sell my family home in Hawthorne. Darcy had previously sold a home for me about 10 years ago. I engaged Darcy again because of three key reasons: 1. His integrity, 2. His honesty and transparency, and 3. His trustworthiness. Once again Darcy did not let me down. Despite a relatively soft market, Darcy and his team worked tirelessly to get me the best price possible - and they did - a record price for my type of home for the last 12 months!! Throughout the process Darcy impressed me with his knowledge of the market, his broad network, his candour and open communication, his willingness to work with other realtors to close the deal and his work ethic. All this resulted in a great result. I would highly recommend Darcy and his team at Place Bulimba. I would have absolutley no reservations in re-engaging Darcy and his team to sell my next home.

I engaged Shane as my agent as I had known him previously. He didn’t disappoint, securing a successful sale of my house in Amy St, Hawthorne, Shane was at all times professional, prompt and knowledgeable of the current market and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Shane and his team.

We were the buyer in this case and can honestly say I have not experienced this kind of professionalism and honesty, through any other agency. We have been looked after from start to finish from the entire team at place but Shannon’s work ethic for both buyer & seller is insane. Shannon creates long term relationships not just transactions and we will be dealing with her & place for our next venture what ever that may be! A+++

I would highly recommend Cathy to all vendors in the Hawthorne, Bulimba and Balmoral area. There was never a moment that I doubted her integrity, professionalism and dedication and on top of all that she is a pleasure to deal with.

Cathy is lovely and made the purchase of our home 'off market' an easy and happy experience. Cathy genuinely helped in making every step as easy as possible, and went over and above. We are loving our new home. Thanks Cathy!

10 out of 5 Stars!!...Right from the beginning we have been really impressed with Meagan!! Her wonderful cheery nature and can-do attitude is amazing! Even though Meagan had many houses to sell we felt we were the only ones, as she always answered our calls promptly and did everything she promised. We were treated more like friends, which was lovely. She is very honest and kept us up to date with what was happening. She really went above and beyond to take the stress out of our home being sold. Always punctual and professional. Meagan has been fantastic to deal with and negotiated a great result for us. We would highly recommend her to anyone wishing to sell their home. My sister would also highly recommend Meagan! - Meagan negotiated a quick sale at the right price for her home during this time!! John and Marion :)

We engaged Shane to sell our property after he appraised the value at over 700k and advised us to go to auction. It was apparent very early that this value was never achievable and his so called expert market knowledge should have known this. We spent the next 3 months chasing the market down and finally sold for 600k a loss on initial purchase of 138k in 2 years. The fair thing he should have done was offer us a reduction in his rather high fees for such a poor performance. Don’t fall for all the bulls#it, do your own research on values and don’t be pushed into extra marketing costs.

Darcy was great to work with and helped us navigate through the process of buying our home. He was available via phone, text and email which was really handy, and explained everything to us. We found Darcy and his team to be really genuine, helpful and friendly and made everything stress-free. We would definitely go through Darcy again if we were going to buy or sell a home.
