Knows the area very well, demonstrated interest in our needs and provided all the details that we expected. Don’t often make an offer on first viewing, we had an agreement in place within 12 hours then closed the transaction very quickly. Thanks Darcy, very happy buyers!

Diligent, hardworking and responsive to our needs as the vendor are how we would describe our experience with Paula - she is a true professional! With the sale of our Norman Park home, we did not want an extended open house program of inspections. Paula's extensive list of pre-qualified buyers allowed her to find the right buyer in a short time and with minimum fuss to achieve the outcome we were looking for. Very happy with the service we received from Paula.

Darcy and his team, Annabelle and Aleysha have been consummate professionals during the process of selling our home. Darcy delivered on everything he promised when marketing our property and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. We were fortunate to meet Darcy when purchasing our new property. Despite initially having had another agent in mind to sell our property, once we started working with Darcy it was immediately apparent he was a straight shooter, hard working and client focused and we immediately wanted to work with him. At every point in the process Darcy provided great practical advice, from invaluable recommendations for tradespeople to prepare the property for sale and excellent photographers to market it. Darcy & Annabelle always kept us informed at every step of the process, moved quickly and made what can be a stressful process a seamless and enjoyable one. We found that Darcy’s depth of experience with the negotiations was invaluable when offers were received. Annabelle was also excellent and it is clear she shares the same enthusiasm, and a similar genuine and direct approach. Given our extremely positive experience, when the time eventually comes to sell again we wouldn’t consider using any other agent than Darcy and his team.

We bought our first home recently which was being sold by Place Bulimba and they made the process easy and enjoyable! Particularly Morgan in Brenton's team who was friendly and very knowledgeable and at no point was pushy or made us feel pressurised (like some others we experienced). I would highly recommend.

A very special thank you to Paula and Mikaela and team PP for all you’ve done to support our sale. The level of attention to detail in terms of reports, follow up and communication has been exceptional. You’ve stepped us through every part of the process wonderfully. We’ve worked with you before and we know we will again. You are definitely the #1 agent for Norman Park.

It is always difficult when you are going through the process of selecting the right real estate agent to sell your property. You want to ensure that they are going to not only have your best interests at heart but also have the ability to sell your home. When I met with Meagan I was immediately impressed with her approach, her knowledge of the marketplace, her professionalism and her can do attitude. Throughout the course of the campaign Meagan never took her eye off the ball and her attention to detail and ability to go the extra mile was clearly evident. There was nothing I asked of Meagan that she could not do. This was especially important as I did not live in the home and my work demands meant I could not be hands on with the property. Through Meagan’s tenacity and negotiation skills the house was sold quickly at a great price! I would have no hesitation to recommend Meagan to anyone that requires a real estate agent of the highest calibre.

We chose Meagan to sell our house as she has had so much success in the local area and after meeting her we could understand why. She had very good local knowledge and was committed to making the process as smooth as possible. Meagan communicated well and was very open and honest through the whole process of selling our house. We highly recommend Meagan to anyone looking to sell their house.

Paula and her team at Place Bulimba have been a pleasure to work with. Paula demonstrated excellent communication skills keeping me well informed throughout the entire selling process, and best of all was the refreshing honesty and openness Paula provided throughout my dealings with her. I would not hesitate to recommend Paula and her team to family and friends and will definitely be in touch again, on my next venture into the property market.
