We had a bad experience with another agent, after purchasing our new home from both Darcy and Annabelle they gave us the confidence boost we needed so we switched agents to them. From the very first open home we had triple the amount of people through. The communication from them was amazing and their positive attitude and hard work they put into selling our home was incredible. If only we had found them from the start!!! We are purchasers. Rachel was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and professional. She showed us the property several times outside of the open homes, of which there were also many. Unlike some agents, Rachel's actions and behaviour made it very clear she was acting for the vendor and was about building value for her client. (not just selling for commission) Some agents disclose far too much about their client, This was not the case for Rachel. Between the agent and the vendor, they did a great job of adding value, but in the end we got the property we wanted for market value.
