We chose Cathy because of her great track record with the sale of other houses in our street and across the suburb generally. Cathy is the ultimate professional, providing exceptional service with superb support from Zita. We would highly recommend Cathy as an agent.

This is the fourth time we have dealt with Shannon. My family have found Shannon’s proactive attitude, professionalism, transparency and her genuine approach to getting her client the best result has been consistent in each instance. Whether you are a purchaser or vendor Shannon’s sincerity shines throughout the process. Her ability to listen to your requirements and fill the brief is very reassuring, as are her negotiating skills. We will continue to deal with Shannon and Place in the future. Twohill Family Trust

couldn't recommend enough, Shane and the team did a great job throughout the whole process! Advice was spot on and to the point even with a challenging market. The team behind the scenes were well organised, which saved us time, and ensured we were ready for the sale/settlement.

We could not speak highly enough of Shane and his team. I first had contact with him years ago after we bought the property from Place and he was so helpful even then when we weren't wanting to sell that we always kept him in mind. Over the years, he regularly kept in touch, so when we decided to sell it wasn't a hard choice to make as to which agent we would go with. Shane knows the area so well and what sort of marketing is best suited for the property. He helped with referring us to people for maintenance, styling everything. He kept us well informed all the way and worked so hard to achieve an amazing result in the end. We could not have got the price we did if it wasn't for Shane and his team. Even after the sale, the service was still amazing. Shane and his team are a credit to the industry.

The experience with "The Hicks Team" has been exceptional especially when compared other agents I have used in the past, to sell my properties. I wish they were all as professional as the ENTIRE Hicks Team. Thanks team.

Carla was excellent in her presentation of the building, & the apartment. She allowed time to speak to my support people and gave us privacy to do so. Also forthcoming in organising extra viewing of apartment. Her easy interaction gave time to explain all aspects of building which can be complex. Thank you Carla also for your prompt attendance in answering various queries which came up from time to time. I would recommend Carla to anyone looking for a good transition to a new location.

Had a contract in place less than two weeks after going on the market. Carla kept us appraised in a timely and professional manner during all phases of the contract process. Extremely happy with the service and very satisfied with the final result.
