Tammy was very informative, supportive and professional in the sale of our apartment. Even though the unit market is currently experiencing tough times, Tammy achieved an outstanding result for us and it was her local knowledge, client database and tenacity that got us there. Thanks again Tammy

After Darcy sold us this property 3.5 years ago there was no hesitation to use him as our agent for when we decided to sell. Very professional, knowledgeable and enthusiastic Darcy made us feel in charge through the whole process. A huge credit of the sale also goes to his team of Annabelle and Nerida. The whole Team Lord @ Place Bulimba stepped up when Darcy was away on leave and through their hard work we secured our sale contract. Thank you Darcy, Annabelle and Nerida. The Best Real Estate Team.

Brenton and his team has an uncanny ability to match properties to individuals' lifestyles and budgets. Having dealt with him now in several transactions, we would not go anywhere else. Brenton is a trustworthy and dedicated agent with intimate local area and greater market knowledge and a great network of sellers and buyers to pair up for win-win outcomes for all parties. Cannot recommend highly enough.

We found ourselves on the move again after 12mths due to personal circumstances. Our first and only contact was Paula, as our experience with her has become that of a VIP client. Paula’s knowledge, passion and understanding of the area made it easy for us to once again choose her as our agent. We have both purchased and sold through Paula Pearce on a few occasions, finding that all dealings with Paula to be very professional with the highest outcomes. She is an agent that sees all her clients as family, meaning she will only do what is in your best interest and strives to get the best result for you and your situation. Her genuine approach, communication and knowledge as a longtime agent really does set her aside from the rest. We once again have received the best service and outcome with the sale of our property and are really thankful for all the hard work Paula Pearce and her team provided.

Paula patiently helped us every step of the way with our purchase, even helping us track down a fantastic builder to build our dream home with. Thanks Paula!
