Shannon and the team provided us an exemplary service. Shannon is very approachable, endlessly patient and incredibly generous with her time including nights and weekends. Shannon was very prompt with responses and answered every question. She was an excellent negotiator. This is the second time we acquired a property through Shannon and highly recommend her.

Carla helped identify price guides for me as the buyer. Was very helpful with the process being a first time buyer.

Paula Pearce sold our investment home in Hawthorne that was something of a challenge as a 'renovators delight'. Paula has now sold two homes for us in the last 12 months and achieved a great outcome on both occasions. Thoroughly recommend Paula to anyone wanting a 'selling strategy' that has worked for us on two occasions.

We are very pleased with the results achieved by Paula Pearce. Paula set out a strategy plan for the sale of our home and implemented it to the letter. Paula is a great communicator even if the discussion is sometimes difficult, and I appreciated her direct approach. I enjoyed working with Paula to achieve a great outcome for the sale of our most loved home. I'd recommend Paula to anyone looking for a property agent who delivers on promises. Thanks Paula.

Shannon is the best agent I could have chosen to sell my property. She went above and beyond the call of duty, organising painters, handyman, and stylists. She has amazing market knowledge, and advised us as to what to prioritise in order to get the best possible price. Her communication was second to none all the way through, and we were presented with multiple offers. I am in the industry myself so somewhat critical, but have to admit that I could take a leaf out of Shannon's book. Shannon is very easy to deal with, if you are considering selling I would highly recommend using her services.

We recently purchased a property in Bulimba for which Sarah Hackett was the Real Estate Agent. Sarah was great to deal with, willing to show us through the property at any time, and provided any assistance and information that we requested. After the contract was signed, Sarah and Lauren have continued to be more than helpful with making arrangements for the necessary inspections. We would highly recommend that anyone looking to buy or sell a propoerty in Bulimba or the surrounding suburbs talk to Sarah. Stephen and Janelle

It's my absolute pleasure to comment on real estate agent Paula Pearce's work. We couldn't have been happier with her efforts. Her interpersonal skills and notable expertise were excellent. Paula was professional, attentive, and concise, articulate and extremely generous with her time and resources. Paula is the most impressive agent I have encountered. I truly feel that without Paula Pearce negiotating skills and committed approach, we wouldn't have secured our dream home. For this we will be forever grateful. Thank you Paula!
