Not only is Shane a pleasant gentleman to work with, he also is extremely efficient. He had full knowledge of the sellers information, and had also done his research on our situation and our property for sale. We felt no pressure at any time with Shane. He treated both the seller and us with extreme respect. We have recommended Shane and will do again at any opportunity in the future.

They say selling your house is one of the most stressful things you will do in life. So when it comes to choosing an agent, you want to make sure the fate of your most significant financial asset is in the most capable hands. Joanna strikes just the right balance between being mercilessly efficient and personable. You want to like the person who sells your house - because you'll spend a lot of time with them and you want buyers to like and trust them. But you'll also want them to have a touch of the killer instinct: because at the end of the day, you want the best deal. We reckon Joanna strikes just the right balance.

We had a great experience working with Cathy and her team to sell our house - I'd recommend her to anyone wanting to have a great sale experience !

Cathy is a highly credible, professional and reliable agent. She achieved a good outcome for us with our sale. She was easy to deal with, responsive, reliable and was completely across the local market. She is supported by a great team with Tammy and Zita. We have no hesitation in recommending Cathy's services.

Cathy and her team made the buying process seamless. We would recommend buying and selling through Cathy, Cathy runs a sharp operation and above all is genuine throughout the process in a profession where trust is essential. Highly recommended.

Brenton has been the best agent I have ever come across. He is readily available to do viewings and provides a fast response to all questions, is very helpful and a joy to do business with.

As buyers, we were very happy with our dealings with Cathy over a couple of properties we were interested in (including one we bought). Would have no hesitation in recommending.

We recently sold our house in Norman Park through agent Paula Pearce - Place Estate Agents. Choosing an Agent to sell our home was not something we had any experience with in Brisbane, however on meeting Paula I felt her confidence and knowledge of the market, in combination with her reputation, made our decision an easy one. From the start of the sales campaign we were in good hands. Whenever there was something one of us needed advice/reassurance on, Paula responded immediately. Our house was sold 1 week into the campaign and we are delighted with the outcome.

Darcy was a pleasure to deal with and I never would have imagined that buying my first home would be so simple. Darcy's communication and transparency is excellent. He kept me informed at all times and managed my expectations in the right way from the outset. I wouldn't hesitate to buy or sell through Darcy- he is credible, a pleasure to deal with and his commitment to the job is exceptional. Thanks Darcy and his team at Place Bulimba.
