I found James to be a very professional and energetic real estate agent. Throughout the listing period of my property James was constantly advising on and thinking of ways to attract buyers interest and traffic through the open home inspections. His high level of enthusiasm and passion for selling is what gave me a lot of reassurance throughout the whole process that the sale was in good and capable hands. This was important especially at a time when the market for units was definitely not a 'sellers market'. During the sale finalisation period, there were a couple of complications that arose during the conditional period, where the odds felt truly against the sale from proceeding. But James not only remained calm and positive, but was able to offer up some practical solutions to the problems in a professional and genuine manner, which mutually benefited both myself and also the buyer. I would highly recommend James if you are looking to sell your property, and I look forward to engaging him again in the future (hopefully not too distant).
