Brenton did a terrific job of selling our house. The advice he offered throughout the process of selling was second to none. He went above and beyond and was also extremely helpful and insightful in the purchase of our new home. We would definitely use Brenton again and would recommend him to anyone.

My husband Matt and I absolutely loved working with Cathy on the sale of our property in Hawthorne. Not only is she a brilliant agent, but she is just a lovely person to work with who you have full trust and confidence in. We cannot recommend Cathy highly enough.

We were nervous first home buyers. Carla was upfront and honest with us the whole way through the buying process. She made us feel at ease when we were feeling unsure and was not in any way "pushy". She answered all of our queries and was always happy to liaise with the Seller on concerns that we had. She was very professional and most of all we felt that we could trust her.

We couldn't rate Brenton more highly in regards to our recent sale in Balmoral. We had met Brenton previously and knew that with his knowledge of the area he was the right agent for us. It was a seemless process and he kept us informed at every point during the process. He was very realistic about the market and we built trust with him immediately. Brenton also facilitated tradesmen to help speed up the process and they were excellent. Having never auctioned before we were a little nervous about the process but the expertise of Brenton, Paul, Brielle and the Place team (who were on site on auction day) kept things moving and we ended up with an amazing result. We couldn't be happier with the service. Thanks again Brenton!

We chose to appoint Brenton as our agent because of his reputation as being honest reliable and straightforward. We were not disappointed, he has many years of industry knowledge and experience, he is very approachable and easy to deal with. Brenton sold our property in 4 days and got us a very good price. We would definitely recommend him.

Darcy took a property that had been on the market for three months with not one offer (listed with another agent) and sold it in five days. The process was easy, fast and professional. I couldn't have been happier.
