We recently purchased from Shane in Coorparoo and found him to be very approachable and responsive which made the daunting process of buying our first home a comfortable experience. The gift from Shane and his team on arrival to our new home was very thoughtful and appreciated!

Paula was a great pleasure to work with during the recent sale of my property. After interviewing several agents, I chose Paula to sell my house. Paula has a well-deserved reputation as the No.1 agent of properties in Norman Park. Her professionalism and commitment to a successful sale were evident from the get go. Her experience, knowledge and enthusiasm were second to none, and everything she said would happen was delivered. We were on the market for the shortest time imaginable and had the best result possible. I have no hesitation in recommending Paula as a seller’s agent, and would happily work with her again in the future.

There is never anything that is too big an issue or to difficult a request for Shane to deal with. His knowledge of the area, buyers and companies to fulfil any request you might have our outstanding. His attention to detail is fantastic and his updates are precise, timely and in great depth. You want him on your side when you are selling.

We found Brentan to be very honest and professional as well as being sensitive and not intrusive about any personnel circumstances. Brentan was very focused on the business of selling our home and maintained a focused approach without exposing the identity of any other of his clients identity or circumstances to us .

Cathy was fantastic during our purchase and even when the seller was having second thoughts about selling, Cathy very professionally stepped in to make sure the transaction went ahead.

We initially chose Brenton due to his no "fluff" approach. He's a straight shooter and will call a spade a spade. We like this in an agent as you know where you stand. We sold our house in the first week, from the first open, in a market/location he was not all that familiar with. We were very happy and would recommend Brenton every day of the week.

My brother and I needed to sell our mother's house after she had passed away. It was of course an emotional experience, but we still wanted to sell it as quickly as we could so we could move on. Chris had been recommended to us by one of Mum's neighbours, and from the outset we realised that Chris' level of expertise and professionalism were exactly what we were after. He handled our sale with efficiency, expert knowledge and sensitivity. He recommended an auction as the best sale option, which it clearly was - the final price was very healthy indeed! The auctioneer (Paul) was likewise very professional; he expertly guided us through what we could expect on the day. Chris is an all-round nice guy who clearly loves his work. I would recommend him without hesitation.
