We worked with Mikaela as the selling agent for our Buyers Agent clients. Mikaela was knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to work with.

Shannon exuded her open and honest communication style, knowledge of the apartment I was viewing, as well as information about what the local area here at Bulimba could offer me. She was easy to contact and prompt with updates. As well as showing a genuine warmth, Shannon listened closely to my needs as a buyer and I highly recommend Team Harvey at Place Bulimba for an optimal experience.

Absolute pleasure dealing with Paula and her team. From our first meeting at an open house it was clear she was incredibly knowledgeable about property in the Hawthorne, Bulimba, Norman Park and surrounding areas. We found Paula, Jodie and the team professional, reliable and genuine in their approach. Would highly reccomend to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area.

Carla and her team did a fantastic job selling our property for us. Carla's market knowledge was excellent. Thanks to her expertise and dedication our sale was secured exceptionally quickly with a result we were very happy with. What really set Carla apart though was her genuine care and personal attention. We would highly recommend Carla to anyone looking for a professional, knowledgeable and caring agent.

Paula is a very professional agent that listens to the seller, with great advice & negotiation skills. So much so we achieved our wanted price within days in a very tricky market. I would have no hesitation in referring Paula as the agent to sell your property. She is up there with the best agents in the 4171 area.

Recommended how to present the property, advised on value and reserve price and conducted a very active open for inspections.

After several weeks on the market with another agent Carla and her team delivered a result in under 2 weeks. She has a strong understanding of the area. We felt supported through the whole process.

Mikaela was incredibly helpful. She was always on point with communication and kept us informed every step of the way to purchase our dream home. She was by far the best real estate agent we had dealt with throughout trying to purchase a home. My partner and I would highly recommend Mikaela and her team if you are looking to buy or sell.
