I watch inner ring Brisbane sales keenly, and take particular interest in properties that sit on the market for long periods without selling. Over the course of the last couple years I've been amazed to see Shane take over seemingly impossible to sell listings from other agents and achieve an excellent price in quick time. At our first meeting regarding our property sale I was convinced Shane was the agent to sell with. I was impressed with his selling strategy, and together we fine tuned that strategy and Shane was able to execute the whole process to perfection. His excellent negotiation skills were very impressive at closing the deal with the buyer and extracting the highest price possible.
