Susie is very professional with her handling of new & exiting tenants, very proactive with her communications, very hands on with her management. She handles her dealings very personalised to the extent to making frequent phone calls to update us landlords re what's going on. We opt to stay with R&H because of Susie and are very appreciative of her many efforts.
