According to the applicable law, the property should be in a reasonable clean state and ready to be move in. Unfortunately, this unit was way too dirty with full of pet hair, not cleaned in a very long time carpet. When we informed this to the agent, they denied and after a while sent their cleaner yet the cleaner only touched the surface, did not do a spring, deep clean. We had to wash the carpet by ourselves and paid for that as well. Bathroom exhaust fans were not working and needed to be changed. All doors were making noice. Agent was not really enthusiastic about providing requested services or repair. Very disappointed. Wont choose this agent again. God knows what will happen when we move out. Hope they won’t take this feedback to their heart and will give us a fair reference which won’t harm our next tenancy.

Unfortunately when I looked at the unit the agent walked me to the rear of the block and after trying a garage door he said he was not sure which garage was mine. As it turned out, a small storage cage came with unit 9 not a garage at all. He also took me into the wrong shared laundry area. During an urgent trip out of Sydney I applied and signed the lease, I accept my error, but I still feel the original agent should have had a better knowledge of the building. Upon later meeting with Talieh to collect keys she was able to show me the storage cage but I was left to locate the correct laundry. Generally, I think service could be improved.
