David Hill has done an exceptional job in selling our investment unit. Although slightly geographically out of his normal area he was always on time for the open for inspections. The campaign (although a little slow due to market forces) climaxed with a good result for all. David always kept us informed of developments including the success of the open for inspections. I would not hesitate to use David again.

I did not meet him personally as he did not offer a personal meeting. However in retrospect phone conversations worked and I was happy with the level of communication and the outcome. He took the time to develop a relationship with the tenant and put in the effort required for a successful outcome. Could have done without all the sales emails.
