Sharon at Raine and Horne Hobart is really helpful and efficient. Best service we have ever had from a Real estate agent - not only the best one we have dealt with in Australia, but also the best one we have dealt with worldwide (we lived OS for many years). Thank you Sharon!

My husband and I inspected the property on last Friday morning, and submitted the application after. My friends and colleagues said they received reference check call from property manager Sharon at last Friday afternoon, and I received confirm emails from Sharon on this Monday says my application was approved. So only take 2 business days, Sharon did all these job. I am so impressed by her working efficiency and also appreciated that Sharon and the owner considering our application. I will definitely choose your service if I plan to buy a property in the future. Thank you.

This is my first time dealing with Raine and Horne. Sharon and Freya boh have been very helpful throughout the process. Detailed work was done in preparing the condition report which is very helpful. The welcome gift to the new tenants is heartwarming. I still have to experience their response time to maintenance issue. Sharon is super responsive when it comes to replying to emails. Her client handling is impressive.

We employ the services of Raine & Horn at two locations, Hobart and The Gold Coast. The tenant selection becomes a simple process for us, its just a matter of requesting the type of tenant we prefer and leave it to R & H. The most recent experience resulted in the perfect out come for us, quality tenant, increased rental, zero time lost during change over. We also appreciated Sharon's comments re condition of unit and we were able to rectify problem in advance.
