Modern approach to rental market
I have found Raine & Horne to be open & transparent in my dealings with them as apposed to the previous agent.They have addressed problems promptly as they have arisen. They have good processes in place regarding payment & the keeping of accounts etc.

Rest assured...
My husband and I were sceptical about renting out our home (to say the least)... Thankfully, we have an AMAZING property manager, Michelle Brown, looking after our investment and home for over 15 years. We have relocated closer to town (for school/work) but weren't ready to sell our home. Michelle guided us through all of our options and answered all of our questions. We felt completely put at ease with all of Michelle's knowledge and she always made us a priority. We no longer have any reservations about renting out our family home as we know it is well and truly cared for. If we do decide to sell in the future we know exactly who we will be speaking with. Property Manager is awesome
