Excellent agent
As the house owners I am very grateful to our property agent Hannah Stone for her swift and professional responses to any challenges. I am very impressed how fast she can find new tenants or a professional to fix any problem in the house.

Rest assured...
My husband and I were sceptical about renting out our home (to say the least)... Thankfully, we have an AMAZING property manager, Michelle Brown, looking after our investment and home for over 15 years. We have relocated closer to town (for school/work) but weren't ready to sell our home. Michelle guided us through all of our options and answered all of our questions. We felt completely put at ease with all of Michelle's knowledge and she always made us a priority. We no longer have any reservations about renting out our family home as we know it is well and truly cared for. If we do decide to sell in the future we know exactly who we will be speaking with. Property Manager is awesome

Peace of mind.
Having R@H manage our property has taken the stress out of renting. The property manager (Mel) quickly, quietly and efficiently attends to any request. When our tenant vacated R@H organised everything that needed to be done to prepare the premises for new tenants. In re-renting , the advertising, checking of potential renters, home viewings and the new lease were all attended to by R@H. We could have as much or as little input as we wished. We strongly recommend their service.
