Peace of mind.
Having R@H manage our property has taken the stress out of renting. The property manager (Mel) quickly, quietly and efficiently attends to any request. When our tenant vacated R@H organised everything that needed to be done to prepare the premises for new tenants. In re-renting , the advertising, checking of potential renters, home viewings and the new lease were all attended to by R@H. We could have as much or as little input as we wished. We strongly recommend their service.
