About Hayley

Back in 1997, Hayley started her Property Management career, working as the weekend and school holiday receptionist for her father’s Real Estate Office in Mudgeeraba. In 2000, she graduated from school and jumped straight in at the opportunity to becoming part of the Property Management Team. Hayley knew Property Management was her calling. This was largely due to the high level of organisation and customer service required, two things which she always enjoyed and was good at. Over the years, Hayley has had the opportunity to manage hundreds of different properties, from small rent rolls to large ones, and has bought and sold many properties of her own, and is proud to say she is also an investor and home owner. Hayley understands the importance of what it takes to be a thorough and dedicated Property Manager, and knows what works and what doesn’t as she has lived it herself. Hayley joined the team at Allure Realty in 2014, and then purchased the office in 2017, and became the new Principal. “Allure Realty is my livelihood, my dream come true, and my reputation, I work hard for ALL my clients - tenants, owners, contractors, and past and future clients. Property Management for me, is about making clients for life, it about giving my client’s the peace of mind – - that our services are meeting their expectations and beyond - that they are kept updated at every moment - that we are proactive and not reactive - that we are up to date and knowledgeable - that we are transparent and available “I enjoy the client relationships that are built and the organisation that comes with Property Management, but also the flexibility the industry gives me to do things my way, and to always have the time to have coffee with all my clients and time to be a present parent, in watching my daughter grow up.” On the weekend, Hayley spends my time with her young daughter, who is her inspiration and world. They enjoy the outdoors, cooking, dancing around the house like no one is watching, and just taking time out to enjoy what life has to offer.

Having previously been tied to a larger franchise since 2004, Allure Realty went independent to allow a greater level of client satisfaction and to offer the level of service we wanted to achieve with no restrictions. We have operated in the Nerang area for over a decade, we know the area, and we have been here for the highs, as well as the lows. Towards the end of 2021 we merged office are located at 8/112 Discovery Drive, Helensvale. Even though we know Nerang intimately, working and operating out of Nerang Mall since 2004. We are thrilled with our move into a shop front and look forward to expanding our expertise and branch to areas like, Carrara, Highland Park, Mudgeeraba, Pacific Pines, Pimpama, Gilston, Helensvale, Oxenford, Pacific Pines and many more. This move enables us to more effectively reach our targeted audiences, with dynamic and purpose based marketing; facilitating for you our client, less vacancy time for lessors, and a more integrated experience for potential tenants.
