Rachel is a diamond in the rough of property managers on the Gold Coast. I currently had a nightmare agent I was dealing with and I got in touch with Rachel after posting an ad for a new property manager. I knew Rachel was the manager I needed the second I met her. She set things straight and exposed my previous agents lies and she took over the listing for us. She had to deal with abuse from the prior agent and tenants but she remained professional and stoic, getting things done with our best interest always at heart. She is personable, knows her stuff back to front and possesses a great work ethic, and her passion for the job is very evident. We were considering selling because the whole tenant agent experience prior to her was awful but with Rachel on board, I have zero worries renting our property, and the stress level has gone completely knowing she’s at the helm for us. Fast and helpful. All paperwork was done smoothly. Very friendly staff.

Nothing is ever too much. Any questions I have are always answered promptly and anytime I have ever left a message for Rachel or Doug to call, they always do.

Naomie is always friendly, any problems concerning the rental property are dealt with immediately. Would recommend them to anyone thinking of renting.
