Agent only ever contacted me by phone to arrange inspections, smoke alarm tests, valuations etc. and often I was only given a few hours’ notice. Yet when I contacted Ray White Cranbourne all the requirements as per the lease agreement were required of me. As the contract administrator they are required to do this fairly for both parties this is clearly not the case for Ray White Cranbourne. They refer to “renewing the lease agreement”, this is a lie, they change the terms and conditions of the agreement and you enter in a new agreement.

One of the worst experience I’ve had with a real estate. Any problems or dramas with the property and nothing would gets sorted or even tried to rectify the issue at hand. Some issues with the property we had from within the first few month were still outstanding after 2 and abit years. Will never buy or rent a property with Ray White again.
