I was always informed, contacted and updates provided , even after normal business hours. Bree made sure the leasing process was perfect and stayed back to ensure the property was leased, even following up with me to ensure the process occurred in a timely manner. Bree's efforts resulted in the property been leased in just one week, while other properties in the area sat vacant The reason investors use agencies is to receive a service like what Brianna provided, going over and above at every instance. Having had rentals for a long time i would rate the leasing experience 10/10. I hope all others will provide the same level of enthusiasm and service. I spent over a month applying for houses with other agents due to needing to vacate my old rental as it was no longer considered habitable. I didn’t get any of them and no agent could tell me why. I was facing homelessness, not because I couldn’t afford a house but because I simply couldn’t find another one to live in. These agents are the only agents that I feel had compassion for my situation and actually fought for me to be able to leave that house. They told me I would hear back about my application within two days and I actually did. Other agents would say the same and I’d still be waiting 10 days later only to find out they haven’t actually sent the applications to the property owner yet. They actually respond to emails and the process from getting approved to submitting the lease agreement, payments was explained very well by the agents and an easy process.
