The process of reviewing rental applications could use some improvement as we were contacted by multiple people throughout the process who were asking for the same or conflicting information which led me to believe they weren't communicating with each other regularly. And now that I have rented the property and moved in I'm still receiving emails from the agents about new properties coming on to the market. Aside from that, the people are all lovely to deal with.
