Communication with Mia
The agent Mia was rude to me on the phone. What can I say more ? Communication skills with clients are vital and ethics are crucial to have. I still feel very insulted. Attitude tone in her voice was not ok and this insulted me. Patricia speaks very ethical, very patient agent, Emily is great too Very ethical and friendly but I can't say this about Mia unfortunately
