Great to deal with, with my new property I’ve moved into. Extremely poor in one sense regarding property I moved from. Being one month extra ahead in my rent and 3 weeks later, still waiting for the money to be transferred back into my account, After keys have been handed back. 5 weeks after notice had been given. Extremely disappointed as if it was the other way around I’m sure the agent would be rather demanding.

Ashley Mayor is the most thorough, well spoken and hard working property manager i have dealt with. Nothing is too small or too big when there i s a problem. Communication is personalised and genuine always and releasing properties is always a smooth process (for me that is)

All staff is polite, efficient and customer friendly. Jessica Summergreene, our property manager in Cranbourne office is amazingly helpful, always following up with our enquires and happy to assist. Communication is on high level, whether its phone calls and regular emails. Lovely Mia Johnson was assisting us with advertising our house for renting, doing house inspections and follow up calls.
