My experience with Ray White Cranbourne, has been a positive one. I was so happy with their service, that I acquired them to manage another property, in a completely different council. The real test for all agents was when the Covid 19 hit and compared to others', Ray White Cranbourne outshone them all and went above and beyond expectation. They have continued to support and provide vital information, through this whole experience. I will continue to work with them and will always recommend them to family, friends and or clients.

Pleasurable experience dealing with Ray White Cranbourne, however I felt it was just a little disjointed at times - the current COVID-19 climate didn't exactly help with this either. The end result was successful with a new tenant signing a lease (although it took a bit longer than first thought - again, COVID-19 difficulties didn't help) however dealing with up to three different people was mildy annoying during the process. It's a personal preference, however I prefer to deal with one person who manages the entire process - i understand different team members have different specialities, job roles and areas of responsibility, however i found it a little disjointed dealing with different people. Other than that, happy with the service.
