Ex tenants terminated early on their lease, but the team managed to secured a new tenant within one day of advertising. And our Manager has gone beyond all expectations to ensure the house and grounds (neglected by old tenants) to be in good condition for the move in date of the new tenants. Could not ask for more, and very impressed with both Chloe and Harry and thank them very much.

Excellent communication. We were kept informed every step of the way. Always felt like our property was a priority, we didn’t feel like we got forgotten after a couple of weeks. And we liked the fact they didn’t just settle for average tenants after the first 2 weeks, they held off to ensure we got quality tenants.

My agent’s name is Jordan Parker. I have dealt with numerous agents from Barry Plant, Jason Realestate, YPA to the small unknown ones. This was my second time dealing with Ray White. I have dealt before with their sells team. Based on the service I got from Ms Parker, I would say never to use Ray White. Ms Parker’s incompetence knows no bounds. She is impossible to get a hold of, uncommunicative, blunt to the point of rudeness and just simply put, unprofessional. I understand and appreciate straightforwardness and to the point communication, but Ms Parker is just rude. Stay away if you are a tenant and even a landlord, as Ms Parker’s attitude would have you some very upset renters. Hope this helps
