We’ve had a really positive experience with the team so far. They were extremely good with communication throughout the application process and made the whole process from applying through to moving in very simple and stress free. Any communication we’ve had since moving in has also been positive and helpful. We’ve only been in the property for about a month, so we haven’t needed to communicate with them much, but based on our experience so far, we’re very happy with the service we’ve received. Rachel was there at the inspection, she was so lovely and personable, made you feel comfortable and connected to her. Tanem was thorough and had amazing communication, she made sure we knew all updates on our application and got back to me quickly when I had questions.
