Sophie did an outstanding job finding a new tenant for our rental property. She went above and beyond throughout the entire process. There was an unpleasant odour issue in the first room, and Sophie worked closely with Alicia, the property manager, to resolve it quickly by organising a carpet chemical specialist to remove the smell professionally and efficiently. Sophie is extremely thorough and careful when selecting tenants, ensuring the right people are chosen for the property. She also arranged multiple open house inspections to maximise interest and secure a tenant as quickly as possible.
