This experience was very smooth. The communication of available rental properties was very efficient. At the inspections agent/s were approachable, responsive and very friendly. The application process was also straight forward that we did not have an issue. Appreciated the email contact to advise where the state of my application was in the 'queue'. Also the contact once the application proceeded to the final stage before acceptance. Overall a very smooth process and appreciation of the agents involved, who did an excellent job with keeping us in the loop. Kevin managed the initial stages of the rental campaign professionally, including the handover, communication with the builder regarding completion and documents, and coordination with the landscaper. Uaina handled the online ads and inspections with great efficiency and responsiveness, helping secure a tenant for my brand‑new 4‑bed property in a relatively short time. Overall, I appreciate their support and professionalism. The only drawback was that the final rental rate ended up closer to that of a typical 3‑bed home, which I accepted based on their suggestion to ensure a faster lease.
