Did a great job at finding a new tenant - but left feeling annoyed
In terms of finding a new tenant - Ray White at Cranbourne did an excellent job. Found a new suitable tenant quickly, new tenant was able to move in quickly after previous tenant moved out and did a really good inspection report at completion of previous tenant. Excellent and I don't think it could have been much better.
However around the same time I made a request for some information I required to complete a tax return. To obtain this information was more difficult than it really should have been - no response to initial email, difficult to speak to anyone on the phone, office not helpful and got transferred to person who was unwell (I think). I'm thankful I finally received the information I was after - but it just seemed to take longer than it needed to and got a bit frustrating. I'm sorry if this comes across as ungrateful - I just didn't receive what I was expecting. I know very little about your office - but I would expect it to be a team that helps each other, rather than expecting a person who is unwell to do their job anyway.
Sorry this has taken so long to reply - I would actually prefer to talk to a person rather than write something that I can't explain if it is mis-understood.
