I found my experience with Ray White Cranbourne easy to deal with, great communication and great processes in place to setup my rental property and account. Bridget looked after me and made sure she got back to me as processed on the progress of my application and then upon the acceptance. She kept me informed the whole way and explained everything as I had not rented in 20+ years so it was all new to me. I would definitely recommend them to any future tenants.

While this was the first time we’ve officially rented, I’d say the communication with Ray White quickly being able to let us know what we were missing on our application and how to achieve being considered made the experience good. I liked how quick and efficient everything was as we were notified 24 hours later that we were accepted and it was amazing. As the rental market being intense, not many real estate agents were able to tell us why we were never considered.
