Poor communication. An issue was reported by the tenant and my agent did very little to investigate the nature of the issue and I felt I needed to guide her/do her job (when did the problem occur? was the lights working when she first moved in? have they been without electricity for the past few days etc etc). The agent couldn't answer any of these basic questions and it placed a lot of unnecessary stress on me. Poor management. I prepaid a company to complete the gas, electricity, and smoke alarm check. When I happened to check my rental statement, they've paid the same company $500+. The agent was fully informed I've already paid for their service. I've still haven't heard about the outcome of the inspection from the agent who said they will follow it up with them. What am I paying the fees for??
