The Property management team is fantastic, can't ask for a more stress-free process. We were very anxious and didn't know which Agent to go through. Glad we chose Ray White. They guided us through every step, always updating us at each stage from surveying to advertising to listing to open inspections to tenancy contracts... As first time landlords, their advice and guidance was invaluable. The PropertyMe online portal is great to know everything that's happening with the rental property. Shout out to Bridget and her colleagues ( Harry / Jordan ), who've been very friendly and professional. Bridget is very thorough in her work and makes sure every thing is taken care of. We were able to get suitable tenants with just 1 open inspection. A special mention to Kate who helped us with the property initially and put us in touch with the property management team.
