Hello! We tried to sell our house with other agents from Stockdale and Lego for a few months before we call Chaminda for a rescue. From the first time we contacted him he was very attentive and respectful: e-mailing back, returning calls, making appointments etc within shortest time possible - never felt like he is too busy to deal with us even so he is very busy! He told us in details how and what he will do to achieve a result. Chaminda sold our house very quick for what he promised never asking us to lower our desired price complaining on buyers as other agents do. He also has a great team to assist. Plus a best photographer ever! His knowledge of the market is exceptional and he does gets the best results. Thank you very much Chaminda - it was a pleasure to deal with you! All the very best, Valeria.

Paul has sold two of my properties and experience is wonderful. He always worked hard to get me the best possible price. He always communicated with me and never ignored a call or never forgot to call back. Don't expect a typical salesman. He is a modern day real estate guy focused on giving you the best customer service. I will recommend him to anybody and I'll call him back again for any of my real estate matters. Will

Selling your first home is a daunting experience and can be quite overwhelming. If you are looking for someone who can make that xan give you great committment from start to finish and even after the sale look no further than Paul and his team at Ray white.from the very first phone call to organise an appraisal Pauls professionalism and dedication were second to none. After having a few different agents out it was clear that Paul was the best agent. His knowledge of the area and the market what incomparable to others, and best of all he didn't use fancy language to make himself sound better. He got to know us as people and communicated with us in a way that he believed would best suit us. From this you could just tell that he knew how to communicate with a number of different people. And that is the type of agent you want selling your house in order to get the best price. On top of that he has one of the best teams that constantly keep you informed and ensure that everything is run and approved by you in such a timely fashion. His assistant Rachael is absolutely amazing. Selling out house was a fast, enjoyable and easy experience. If you are looking an agent to trust with your biggest asset look no further than Paul and his team at Ray White. A massive thank you again.
